Client Success Manager

Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring their experience with Portable Waste Pros is seamless from start to finish. You’ll manage long-term relationships with contractors, event organizers, property managers, and businesses across the U.S., making sure they receive the support, service, and responsiveness they need to keep their projects on track.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and staying organized. You’ll work with internal teams to coordinate services and act as the voice of the client within our operations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts

  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into active service

  • Monitor ongoing rentals and ensure service expectations are met

  • Coordinate with dispatch and customer service to resolve issues quickly

  • Proactively check in with clients, provide updates, and suggest solutions

  • Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for account growth

  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, speed, and results

What We’re Looking For


  • Previous experience in account management, project coordination, or client success

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines at once

  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with CRM or service management tools

  • A service-first mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed

  • Familiarity with construction, events, or logistics industries is a plus
