Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Portable Waste Pros, you’ll be the voice of our company and the first point of contact for customers across the country. Your role is to support new and existing clients with questions, quotes, orders, and service updates. You’ll provide fast, accurate, and friendly assistance that reflects the quality and reliability our customers expect.

You’ll work closely with our dispatch and account management teams to ensure that each order is handled efficiently and each customer feels supported throughout the rental process. Whether it’s helping a contractor schedule a dumpster delivery or guiding an event planner through their portable restroom rental, you’ll play a key role in making the process smooth and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities


  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and web inquiries from customers

  • Assist with quotes, new orders, service updates, and general questions

  • Enter and update orders in our internal system accurately and in a timely manner

  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure clear handoff of service details

  • Help resolve issues quickly and professionally while maintaining a helpful tone

  • Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and provide ongoing support

  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and order activity

What We’re Looking For


  • Prior experience in a customer service, admin, or logistics role

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable using email, phone systems, and order management software

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

  • Experience in construction, events, or field services is a plus
